Gerardo L. Dean has been a licensed attorney for twenty-two (22) years. Originally admitted by the Philippine Supreme Court on June 4, 1992,
Mr. Dean worked for ten years as Arbiter and Head, Legal Division at the Housing and Land
Use Regulatory Board (the Philippine's regulatory
agency on housing, zoning, land development,
and real estate sales practices) and as part-time Business Law Instructor at the University of the
East and Miriam College.
Mr. Dean immigrated to the U.S. in 2002 and
worked briefly as Compliance Officer / Business Manager at Harmony Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 180-bed skilled nursing and
rehabilitation facility in Chicago. Admitted by the Illinois Supreme Court on May 4, 2006, Mr. Dean is currently engaged in the practice of law in
Chicago, concentrating in US Immigration, Real Estate Closings and Family Law. Mr. Dean is a licensed Real Estate pre-license Instructor and handled real estate courses at the Northwestern Business College Chicago from 2006 to 2012.
He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. As an immigration attorney, he represents various companies and has succeeded in bringing to the U.S. nurses, therapists, accountants, computer programmers, teachers, marketers, and other professionals.
Annah L. Icay earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of
Law in 2011.During her education, she served
as President of the University of Cincinnati Chapter of the Asian Pacific American Law student Association (APALSA) and Senior Articles Editor of the Human Rights Quarterly.
In 2006, she earned her Bachelor of Arts
degree in English with a minor in Sociology
from DePaul University with High Distinction.
She is licensed to practice in the State of
Illinois and in the State of Arizona (inactive).
She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
Anna was born in Manila, Philippines and immigrated to the US in 2001 with her family. She is fluent in English and Tagalog.
