Gerardo L. Dean, ESQ
As a licensed attorney for more than 25 years, Attorney Gerardo L. Dean is highly experienced within the field law, with concentration in U.S Immigration and Real Estate.
After being admitted by the Philippine Supreme Court on June 4, 1992, Mr. Dean worked for ten years as both an Arbiter and Head of Legal Division at the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board - Region IV(the Philippine's regulatory agency on housing, zoning, land development, and real estate sale practices) and a part-time Business Law Instructor at the University of the East and Miriam College.
Following immigration to the U.S. in 2002, he worked briefly as the Compliance Officer and Business Manager at Harmony Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Chicago.
Come May 4th, 2006, Mr. Dean was admitted by the Illinois Supreme Court and has been engaged within the practice of law in Chicago, since. Additionally, Mr. Dean was a licensed Real Estate Pre-license Instructor and taught real estate courses at the Northwestern Business College-Chicago from 2007 through 2012.
Active within his community, Mr. Dean is a member of the American Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
