The main concentration of our practice is in employment based immigrant petition. We represent various corporations nationwide, mostly healthcare companies, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and home health agencies in processing the visa (both immigrant and non-immigrant) of their foreign workers.

We help our clients satisfy the various requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor for the issuance of PERM labor certifications, allowing them to sponsor the employment based immigrant petition of their workers. We provide guidance and ensure our corporate clients comply with the conditions of temporary work visas granted to their workers, such as H1B visa. 

Due to our working relations with various hospitals and nursing homes in multiple States, we have helped hundreds of nurses, therapists, and other healthcare workers attain their American dreams and, in the process, help our corporate clients address their shortage of healthcare workers.

We continue to be an instrument in family reunification by continuing to process family-based immigrant petitions.
