Prior to his immigration to the U.S., Mr. Dean was an Adjudication Officer and Head of Legal Services of the then Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, the Philippine's sole regulatory agency on real estate development, subdivision, and selling. He also taught Real Estate Pre-license subjects as part-time instruction at the Real Estate Department of Northwestern Business College from 2007 to 2012.
